Someone told him I was tired.

10:00 pm--Asleep
1:45 am--Awake (I woke up at 1 wondering why he wasn't awake)
2:15 am--Asleep
4:55 am--Awake
5:45 am--Asleep (with fan on)
7:00 am Awake for the day

AWESOMENESS.

SWINGING!!!

So, Jack sometimes likes the swing.

Sometimes falls asleep in the swing.


And (as you can see) sometimes isn't too sure about the swing.


He is beginning to make a lot of different faces--but due to the issues with my camera (won't hold battery charge for more than a minute at a time) I have been unsuccessful at getting a lot of face pictures.
So I made him have a funny face.


This picture looks very close to one of my baby picture.
I'll see if I can find it and post it.

Happily Swaddled

When I slept as a child, I would go to bed in one position and wake-up in the exact same place. Making my bed as a teenager was a cinch--I slipped under the covers at night and slipped out in the morning only having to smooth the comforter a little.
I recently tried swaddling Jack (REAL swaddling, not just wrapping him tightly in a blanket)--and holy cow did he respond.

One Month of Jack sleeping.

Boy can this kid sleep (well...short spurts of sleeping...).
I can't believe how much he has already changed.
He is starting to make eye-contact and to react to faces--though no legit smiles yet.
He laughed in his sleep. It would melt your heart.
He is staying alert and happy for hours at a time now during the day.
He goes to sleep quickly at night after eating.
He gulps when he eats resulting in lots of gas and an upset stomach often.
He has unbelievable diaper timing--I change them often. Sometimes twice in the same sitting.
He kind-of likes the binky. He is very decisive.
He likes Danny playing the guitar.
He sleeps well on his back at night, but naps on his stomach when I can watch him during the day. He prefers his stomach like his dad.
He is getting a mullet.

There is a red faux leather reclining two-seat couch sitting at 5674 Goldfield Dr, Acworth, GA 30102. It has been exposed to the weather but you can put sheets over it and it would work great as something for the basement or the sun-screened porch.

The picture was taken on the day that it snowed so the white that you see is snow and dark spots are wet spots.

First come first serve. Please pick up at your free will. Please do not disturb residents of house.
